Frank Gabrysch

Mr. Gabrysch, age 53, is President and operations manager for Premier Minerals, Inc. His duties include prospect evaluation, pre-well planning, contract negotiations, supervision of drilling, completions & production operations and overseeing day-to-day operations.

Mr. Gabrysch served as Vice President-Operations for D. Gail Latimer Enterprises, Inc., of Snyder, Texas since 1986. His duties there included all drilling and completion supervision and overseeing of day-to-day operations including all Railroad Commission of Texas reports and filings and of all associated fieldwork. Mr. Gabrysch was directly involved in the development of Latimer’s South and West Texas oil and gas properties. Among them are more than one hundred vertical wells, and over twenty horizontal wells and several major 3-D seismic controlled Canyon Reef prospects in West Texas.

Mr. Gabrysch is married to Nancy and they have a one daughter, Megan. Prior to Mr. Gabrysch’s association with Latimer, he served as Drilling and Completion Foreman and Superintendent for Lantana Resources, Inc. He was directly responsible for all drilling and completion of all company owned wells located in the South Texas area. Mr. Gabrysch is a member of the American Petroleum Institute.
